Shenyang EMT Piping Technology Co., Ltd. (EMT) has been granted an ASME Certificate of Authorization bearing the “U” Stamp, effective April 20, 2026, through April 20, 2029 (Certificate No. 63164).

The certification, issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, authorizes EMT to manufacture pressure vessels at its facility located at No. 521, Lixiang Village, Hunnan District, Shenyang, as well as at field sites controlled by this location. The authorization does not cover impregnated graphite.

The ASME U Stamp confirms that EMT’s quality management system, manufacturing processes, welding procedures, and personnel qualifications comply with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC). This certification is widely recognized and often required for pressure equipment used in oil and gas, chemical, and energy projects globally.

EMT specializes in pipeline pigging equipment, corrosion monitoring systems, and related pipeline solutions. With this certification, the company is now authorized to manufacture and supply pressure vessels such as pig launchers, pig receivers, and quick opening closures bearing the ASME mark.

The company has supplied products to projects across Asia, Africa, and Latin America since 2010 and is a member of the Pigging Products and Services Association (PPSA).
