Foam pig is a kind of pipeline pigs. It is more flexible and well cost performance then other pigs. The main material of the cirss cross red foam pig is foam and polyurethane. The polyurethane elastomer in criss-cross pattern wraps around it. So it makes our product be a good choice to clean many kinds of pipeline.
It has character of soft material, good elasticity, and easy to pass through the elbow with a small radius of curvature. It is mainly use for dewatering and drying inside the pipeline. After adding other auxiliary equipment, it can remove impurities such as scaling and corrosion products in the pipeline. Pipeline detection, tracking and other operations. So there are two kinds of conventional foam pigs: one is processed from sponge products. And the other is molded from polyurethane material. The advantages of sponge products are simple processing, relatively low price, and good water absorption. The disadvantage is that they are easily broken and have a short effective running distance.
