Description
Descaling Pipeline Pig is used for pigging and cleaning various pipelines before they are put into production. And it can remove stones, sticks, and other sundries left in the pipeline during pipeline construction. With the steel framework as the main body, it is equipped with 2-4 sealed discs. Which can carry an electronic positioning transmitter and can be equipped with magnetic steel and steel brush.
WORKING PROCESS:
With the outer diameter of the pig as the reference, the small diameter is in front. And the large diameter is in the back. The outer edge of the pig is elastically sealed with the inner wall of the pipeline. And the pig is placed at the head end of the pre-operation pipeline or the launching ball. The gas, liquid, or medium transported by the pipeline is used as the power source to push the pig in the pipeline forward to the end of the pipeline or the pig receiver.

- Secondly, for two cups with a nominal diameter of DN50~DN100
