Description
Light Density Foam Pig, as the name suggests, is a pig made of low-density foam. It is the lowest density foam pig. So its corrosion resistance is not good. Moreover, its pipeline cleaning ability is not as good as that of other pigs. Because its main function is to absorb water in the pipeline. Low density makes it very absorbent. Users usually use it in the cleaning, drying and daily cleaning of pipelines.
The following picture shows the performance of this foam pig. Therefore, its designed working temperature is -30 ℃ ~100 ℃. Density 25~35kg/m ³ (1.56~2.19lb/cuft) Its starting pressure is 0.2~0.3mpa The operating distance is 50km~150km. It is a very practical product.
Compared with other foam pigs, its advantage lies in its good water absorption. This product is for cleaning and drying many pipelines after completion. However, this product is rarely used when cleaning up oil stains or corrosive liquids.
