2、 Standard operation
1. Preparation before receiving the ball
One person shall operate and work with a certificate. Wear complete labor protection articles
300mm adjustable wrench. “F” type wrench. 1000mm crowbar, cotton yarn, dirty oil bucket. 1 ball receiving barrel
2. Check
First, check whether the grounding line, grounding wire, and thermometer are in good condition.
Second, check whether the pressure gauge is within the calibration period. Also, is the pressure within the normal measurement range
Then, check the connection parts for leakage
Check whether the seal of the ball receiving barrel is well sealed
Finally, confirm whether the process is normal
3. Switching process
Open the bypass valve of the pipeline Pig Launcher. Then close the inlet and outlet valves. Finally, open the vent valve to vent
4. Heating
After confirming that the pressure returns to zero, we start the electric heating device. Stop heating, and cut off the power supply when the temperature in the ball receiver shows 40 ℃ – 50 ℃.
5. Catch the ball
When the pressure is zero, people should stand at the side and remove the positioning lock pin
Open and close the door cover of the ball receiver or the quick flange of the ball receiver
Take out the ball with the ball-receiving tool
At this time, the operator shall check whether the flange sealing ring is intact. Then close the quick flange or the door cover of the ball receiver
Upper the locating pin and close the vent valve
6. Recovery process
Slightly open the outlet valve for a pressure test and confirm that there is no leakage
Open the outlet valve and inlet valve. Close the bypass valve
Confirm that the process and pressure are normal
7. End receiving
Clean the wax removal ball
Check and record the ball throwing and receiving. Arrange the received wax removal balls according to the good group
8. Pack tools
Clean up tools and site
9. Precautions:

3. Technical requirements
1. After the pressure of the pressure gauge drops to zero, remove the positioning lock pin;
2. The heater power must be cut off during the blue cleaning operation;
3. Before opening the quick-opening blind plate, it must be ensured that there is no pressure in the pig receiver during the pigging operation. That is, ensure that the blowdown valve and vent valve are open. The inlet and outlet valves of the receiver are closed;
4. The wax removal ball shall be seated according to the number, and the record shall be consistent with the good number;
5. Check whether the sealing ring is intact when installing the ball receiving barrel cover;
6. Timely maintain, update and calibrate pressure instruments. And keep the machine running below 0.6MPa. Prevent vessel overpressure;
7. Timely replace the qualified grounding wire and sheath. And pass the test;
8. It is forbidden to pass through the ball receiving barrel when cleaning the line.
