Description
This is the opening of the pig launcher and receiver. According to different pipeline installation methods, it has two installation forms: vertical and horizontal. And we have three forms of this products: band quick opening closure, plug buckle quick opening closure and lock ring quick opening closure.
Compared with the other two products, the operation of this product is very simple. Because its operation does not require any other tools. Users should follow the following steps when installing the product for the first time: First, its inner diameter should consistent with the inner diameter of the equipment, and the butt clearance should be uniform. Secondly, determining the welding type before the assembly of the product and the equipment cylinder. Then, please read the instructions carefully before welding. Finally, when installing this product, users must ensure the level of equipment.
Warning :
1.Before opening the quick opening closure, the equipment must be completely vented and blowdown.
2.Before installing the lock plate and safety bolt , do not boost and put into use the equipment.
3.Do not place anything on the quick opening closure during or after heat treatment.
4.When assembling, the users must adjust the head of the horizontal quick opening closure centrally .
5.As the system is flexible, it must maintain uniform and awesome force and control the handle during operation. So that the ring can be contracted smoothly. Never give the force immediately.
Notice
1.Before closing the head cover, it is neccessery to clean and wipe the sealing surface, sealing groove and mating surface and coat anti rust grease. Timely and proper maintenance is the best way to prolong the service life.
2.During storage, it is very important to avoid damage to the sealing surface of the quick opening blind and all machined surfaces.
3.It is very dangerous to ignore routine inspection, routine maintenance and pay no attention to the protection of sealing ring and sealing surface. Any damage or defect of sealing part and sealing ring will lead to medium leakage.
