Installation Method
- First, the staff wraps the sealing strip on the threaded end of the dropper. Then connect it to the NPT fitting of the injection nut. Then tighten.

- We attached the other thread of the injection nut to the screw of the plug. Then tighten it, and then tighten the set screw.
- Now we temporarily fix the flange seat of the equipment to the mounting flange of the pipe. But don’t tighten it for now.
- Secure the assembled stopper injection assembly on the flange seat and tighten it.
- Then loosen the connection to the mounting flange. We took out the whole device and determined the orientation of the bevel of the injection cannula. After this, adjust the orientation. This makes the inclination of the spray sleeve opposite to the flow direction of the medium. Opposite of the nozzle. Measure or visually inspect the angle between the position of the tee port or tee flange adapter and the desired position.
- Remove the fitting body from the plug injection assemblies. Rotate counterclockwise at a certain angle to loosen the fastening screw of the injection nut. Then screw it up.
- If the injection body is in Tee port shape. Please wrap a sealing strip at two ends of the NPT tube with one end connected to the T-type side opening on the flange pedestal. And the other to the valve end, and screw up.
Attention
- The operator should wear articles for labor protection and carry out installation and operation in accordance with relative standards for instruments and equipment.
