Stainless steel chemical injection parts are important devices in the oil and gas industry. Chemical Injection Quills are widely used in the world’s oil extraction and processing industries. When the chemical injection pump system is used in the oil production field. The chemical reagent is injected through the chemical injection hole on the data head.

Generally, the chemical injection hole is provided with a needle valve, a safety valve, and a single flow valve. This ensures safety. In the processing industry, we use chemical injection systems. Since this allows the liquid chemical to be injected into the return or injection fluid at a precise injection amount under high or low pressure. There are many kinds of chemical agents injected into the return fluid. It usually contains methanol, ethylene glycol, antiseptic, and deoxidant. There are also drilling fluid additives (caustic soda and liquid polymer) and defoamers. The chemical injection pump system can also be used to quantitatively deliver reaction raw materials to the high-pressure reactor.
The chemical injection pump system includes ultra-high pressure hydraulic, mechanical, and driving air. The hydraulic part provides an ultra-high pressure source for the chemical injection system. The driving air part provides the power source for the whole system. The maximum working pressure of the chemical injection system is 1050bar. The high-voltage circuit is equipped with filtering and overvoltage protection devices. It has the functions of oil level and pressure display. And it has the functions of pressure maintaining and unloading. The driving air part provides the driving power source for the whole system. The maximum working pressure of the drive air circuit is 10bar. The drive air circuit is equipped with filtering and overvoltage protection devices. It has a pressure display function. The chemical injection pump unit is provided with multiple outlets.

- The drive circuit is a pneumatic circuit. The medium is clean natural gas. It has the disadvantage of avoiding hydraulic leakage. However, it is more economical to use on-site natural gas. It also saves energy.
- The high-pressure circuit is a hydraulic circuit. The medium is clean methanol/ethylene glycol. The system uses a gas-drive liquid pump to provide a pressure source. When the system pressure is lower than the set value. The gas drive liquid pump can be replenished automatically.
- The high-voltage circuit is of ultra-high design. All high-pressure seals are cone seals. The output pressure range of the power source is wide. The main parts such as the pressure valve, high-pressure stop valve, joint, and high-pressure steel pipe are imported with the original packaging. Therefore, it also ensures the withstand voltage level, safety and reliability;
- The drive circuit and high-voltage circuit are provided with overvoltage protection. So that it can protect the element from damage.
